Adam D. Polo
Adam D. Polo has extensive experience handling a wide range of personal injury claims. He began his career at a firm specializing in litigation of catastrophic injury cases, before joining Newman & Okun in 1996. He is a tireless advocate who prides himself on maintaining strong professional relationships with his clients while processing claims expeditiously.
Because Mr. Polo knows that big insurance companies will often seek to avoid compensating accident victims, he knows that he must fight harder. “I will never back down when it comes to obtaining fair compensation for my client,” Mr. Polo says. “We are committed to holding negligent parties accountable, and to make every effort to achieve a maximum recovery for our clients.”
Mr. Polo concentrates his practice in the areas of motor vehicle negligence, premises liability and general personal injury litigation. He has earned his reputation as a tough negotiator and tenacious advocate.
Mr. Polo is a 1990 graduate from SUNY Stonybrook with a B.A. degree. Thereafter he received a law degree in 1994 from Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center at Touro College. Mr. Polo was admitted to the New York Bar in 1995, and United States District Courts of the Southern and Eastern District of New York in 1997.
