William A. Okun
William A. Okun is a member of the firm and co-founder of the predecessor firm, Newman & Okun, PC. He has been successfully representing accident victims for more than 30 years. Mr. Okun concentrates his practice in the areas of motor vehicle negligence, premises liability, municipal liability, construction accidents, wrongful death and general personal injury litigation. He also has extensive experience in handling cases involving infant accident victims, estate issues, family/matrimonial matters, as well as real estate transactions.
Mr. Okun received his B.S. from Rutgers University in 1971 and his law degree from John Marshall Law School in 1975. He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1976. He is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
